Refund Policy

This policy applies to our regular Grades 1–6 Math annual program. Tuition for the annual program is paid in installments, one for each term.

Before an installment date

If you withdraw your child before a term’s installment date, you will receive a full refund of anything you have already paid toward that installment.

After a term has been paid

Once the payment for a term has been made and its installment date has passed, that payment is not refundable. We do not give partial refunds for a term, including when a child withdraws partway through it.

How to request a refund

Email education@xcurioacademy.com before the installment date with your child’s name and grade. If you are not sure when your next installment date is, please ask us.
