Welcome to Xcurio Academy. We believe that summer offers a unique opportunity for
children to step beyond the routines of traditional schooling and let curiosity inspire excellence in a joyful and stress-free way.
This summer, we have curated a 6-week journey divided into two powerful academic pillars: Mathematical Thinking (Weeks 1-3) and Business Leadership (Weeks 4-6).
Our summer camp blends academic enrichment with creativity and play. Students spend their mornings engaged in math or business learning, followed by afternoons filled with games, art projects, and hands-on activities that encourage creativity, teamwork, and enjoyment.
By blending academic rigor with creativity and real-world relevance, XCurio inspires every learner to explore, question, and thrive.
To ensure every student receives personalized mentorship and meaningful
engagement, enrollment is strictly capped at 12 students per group. Once these seats are filled, registration for that week will close.
Morning Focus: Logic, Pattern Recognition, and Mathematical Confidence.
We move beyond rote memorization. Our goal is to show students the “why” and “how” behind the numbers, preparing them for a strong start to the next school year.
Students develop a deep understanding of how numbers work through place value, number bonds, and mental math strategies. The focus is on confidence, flexibility, and explaining math thinking clearly.
Students explore fractions, sharing, and measurement using hands-on, real-life examples. They learn how math connects to daily activities such as time, money, and measuring objects.
Students strengthen logical thinking through patterns, shapes, and simple data analysis. This week builds early algebraic thinking and spatial awareness in a fun, engaging way.
Students deepen their understanding of large numbers, estimation, and efficient mental math strategies. Emphasis is placed on choosing smart methods and explaining reasoning clearly.
Students connect fractions, decimals, and measurement to real-life problem solving. Through practical applications, they build accuracy and confidence with multi-step problems.
Students explore patterns, geometry, and data interpretation to develop structured mathematical thinking. This week strengthens problem-solving skills essential for upper elementary math.
Students refine mental math skills using integers, decimals, and efficient calculation strategies. The focus is on accuracy, reasoning, and mathematical confidence.
Students learn how fractions, ratios, and percentages work together in real-life contexts. This week builds a critical foundation for middle school and advanced math.
Students develop readiness for higher-level math through algebraic thinking, geometry, and data analysis. They learn to justify solutions and interpret information logically.
Morning Focus: Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.
Meeting the money. We learn to identify coins, count change, and play “Store” to understand how buying and selling works.
If you could open any store, what would it be? Students draw their dream shop (Candy? Toys? Pets?) and decide what to sell.
Manners matter! We role-play being a shopkeeper: shaking hands, saying “thank you,” and helping customers
Solving problems. Teams brainstorm a new invention that makes life easier and build a prototype using craft supplies.
Making it look cool. We learn how colors and logos make people want to buy things, and design a poster for our invention.
The Lemonade Stand Challenge. We run a simulation to see how much “money” we can make by managing our supplies and prices.
Writing a Business Plan. We look at real companies (like Apple or Nike) to see how they started, then map out our own big idea.
Understanding the market. A fun introduction to the Stock Market, budgeting, and how to grow a $10,000 virtual investment.
The final test. Students learn public speaking and negotiation tricks to present their business idea to the judges.
We believe in giving students agency. Every week, all students (regardless of their morning group) can choose how they want to spend their afternoon.
For the Makers and Dreamers. A hands-on environment where imagination takes physical form
For the Thinkers and Tacticians. A social hub where games are used to sharpen the mind.
