Overview

Welcome to XCurio Academy.

By registering for any XCurio Academy program, parents and guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood the academy’s policies regarding registration, payment, cancellations, refunds, make-up classes, transfers, and other program-related guidelines. 

This overview is intended to help families understand their responsibilities and the academy’s procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students.

1.Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
For summer camp programs, full payment is required at the time of registration.
For regular programs, full payment or the first installment must be paid at the time of registration.
Installment payments must be made on or before the scheduled due date. XCurio Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrollment if payment is not

2.Summer Camp Policy

Cancellation and Refund:
A full refund will be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least two (2) weeks before the start date of the registered camp week.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within two (2) weeks of the camp start date.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed camp days due to absence, illness, or personal scheduling conflicts.

3. Regular Program Policy

Cancellation and Refund:
No refunds will be issued once the term has started and payment has been made.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next installment due date.
If cancellation is submitted before the next installment due date, the next installment will
not be charged.

If an installment has already been charged, that installment is non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

Make-Up Classes:

Each student is eligible for up to five (5) free make-up classes per academic year.

Absence notice must be submitted by email before 12:00 PM on the day of the class.

Make-up classes are subject to availability. Additional make-up classes beyond the five free make-up classes will be subject to a $50 make-up class fee. Make-up classes have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Transfers:
Students are allowed one (1) free class transfer per academic year, subject to availability. Additional transfers will be subject to a $70 transfer fee.

4. Program Changes and Cancellation by XCurio Academy

XCurio Academy reserves the right to cancel, combine, or reschedule classes or programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
If a program is canceled by XCurio Academy, a full refund or program credit will be issued.

5. Absence Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes.
No refunds, credits, or fee reductions will be provided for absences.
Make-up classes are provided according to the Make-Up Class Policy above.

6. Policy Agreement

By registering for any XCurio Academy program, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and agreed to all academy policies, including payment, cancellation, refund, make-up, and transfer policies.
